REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order or engraved pieces back.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. Please email us prior to returning your goods. When posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

Please do contact us if you would like any information about a particular jewellery piece, whether it be further images, or if you would like to arrange an appointment at our studio.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
